GTA 6 Activities and Minigames: Everything Shown in the Extended Look

A verified list of GTA 6 activities shown in the Extended Look, including gym workouts, basketball, kayaking, street racing, parachuting and apartment interactions.

The presentation visibly shows gym exercise, kayaking, racing and parachuting.
Basketball infrastructure and an outdoor exercise sequence appear in the activities montage.
Apartment interactions include opening the fridge and selecting food.

Overview

What this guide is for

The Extended Look spends a full montage on what happens between missions. Rather than treating every background shot as a promised minigame, this list separates clearly playable activities from world details that are merely visible.

Confirmed playable activities shown on the HUD

Kayaking, street racing and parachuting are presented with player control or interface elements. Gym exercise also appears as an active sequence, and Rockstar told Dazed that exercise can affect a character’s muscle.

These are stronger confirmations than a sport or venue appearing only in the background. The final game may include more, but this page records only what the presentation supports.

Gym, basketball and character routines

The montage shows exercise equipment and activity around an outdoor basketball court. The strongest confirmed mechanic is exercise itself; the exact basketball mode and its rules are not demonstrated in this cut.

That distinction matters for search lists: a basketball hoop confirms the location and context, not automatically a complete competitive minigame.

Everyday interactions and the open world

Jason can open the apartment fridge and select food, while later scenes show shops, nightlife, airport interiors, motorcycles and crowded beaches. These small actions help connect missions to ordinary life.
